Who’s Got Your Back?

Looking for your first place, who you gonna call?

Looking for spaces is an exciting process. You’ve put the work into starting your business. You’ve spent months, sometimes even years, preparing your business plan and saved money to start or grow your company. Through each step of this process, you’ve had guidance from attorneys, advisors, and/or accountants. All professionals who help you succeed. Why shouldn’t you have that same guidance from a commercial real estate professional?

Since beginning my career at MacRo 4 years ago, Tenant Representation has become more than 50% of the clients I handle. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a number of different types of businesses; from therapy groups to fitness professionals to technology companies. Through each representation, the process started simply but became much more complex throughout.

Many believe that with all the online resources out there these days, identifying a space is easy. I would not argue that the internet has made searching for space without a commercial agent become less complex. However, reaching out to an agent, after you see a space, will allow the agent to make the connection on your behalf and ask questions of which you may not be aware. A commercial real estate professional will also have access to properties that may not be visible to the public. Through our online search database, CoStar, we have the ability to pull all available properties in the area while also pulling comparable properties in the area.

Having a commercial agent represent your business’ best interest throughout the process could be vital in making sure your company gets 3 key items: the best space, the best deal, and the best location. All three of these items can be just as important to your business’ success as hiring the right employees. So remember, if your company is looking for new space or you have further questions on how we can assist you, don’t hesitate to give us a shout!

“Ashleigh was such a huge help from start to finish on securing our lease for LifeCYCLE Studio. It was wonderful to have someone search for properties for us and accompany us on property viewings. Her knowledge and experience were invaluable. On several occasions Ashleigh advised us on questions to ask that we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. When it came time for negotiations, she assisted with terms and pushed for us to get exactly what we wanted. Commercial real estate is significantly different from residential so having someone to walk you through the process was crucial and made the process so much less stressful.”

THANK YOU for thinking of us!!
