This 12.62-acre commercial/industrial parcel is situated at the intersection of Monocacy Boulevard and Broadband Drive, in the Riverside Corporate Park, and located a short distance from the Shops at Monocacy, Clemson Corner and Market Square.
The sale closed on August 27, 2019, and the sales price was $3,000,000. Rocky Mackintosh and Ashleigh Kiggans, MacRo, Ltd., represented the Seller in this transaction. In addition to typical marketing efforts and contract negotiations, it was Rocky and Ashleigh’s connections in City Hall that helped move the approvals, for this project, through the red tape…and most appreciated by our client.
The Buyer, in this transaction, was St. John Properties, who successfully developed the adjoining 488,000 SF in Riverside Corporate Park. Now, with Goodwill Industries of Monocacy Valley in hand, St. John Properties will be moving quickly to build Goodwill a new headquarters on this site.
