Street grading on the community’s public access road has begun, with a goal of completion by early fall.
At last, ground has broken at Manor at Holly Hills! Street grading is well under way for the public road that will run through the community all the way back to the cul-de-sac. For those of you who have recently driven by along Ijamsville Road, you won’t notice much activity yet as development of the stream crossing portion of the road will not begin until later this summer.
Weather permitting, the site contractor expects the road project to be substantially complete by early fall. The development timeline can be accessed at the Manor at Holly Hills website.
