MacRo, Ltd. Real Estate Services sells commercial lot in downtown Frederick within the Carroll Creek overlay zone.

MacRo, Ltd. is pleased to announce the sale of a 36,553 square foot lot located at One Commerce Plaza (also identified as Carroll Creek Site F) for $1,650,000 .  The sale closed on December 28, 2012.

The lot is located one block south of Carroll Creek Park, within the Carroll Creek overlay district, and is intended for mixed commercial and residential development.   In 2005, the City of Frederick approved plans to construct a 115,000 square foot new retail/office building on the site.  The purchaser intends to develop the site.

Rocky Mackintosh represented the owners, One Commerce Plaza, LLC.

While the ownership has changed hands, MacRo, Ltd., will remain active in the future planning and development of the site.
