MacRo, Ltd. is pleased to announce the sale of commercial land at 6825 Putman Road in Thurmont, Maryland. 

Dave Wilkinsonrecently brokered the sale of a 4-acre parcel of land with commercial zoning located at the corner of US Route 15 and Putman Road.  The property was purchase by Reda and Julian Mitchell, proprietors of the Mountaindale Convenience Store.  The Mitchells are currently building a convenience store with gas pumps on the property.  The new store is slated to open in early 2018 and the Mitchells will continue to operate their existing store.   Click here for an article on the Mitchell’s endeavor which recently appeared in the Frederick News Post

Settlement occurred on March 31, 2017, and the sale price was $1,000,000.
