MacRo, Ltd. announces the sale of 7516 Hayward Road, Frederick, Maryland.

The City of Frederick Board of Aldermen was pleased to approve the sale of the Hayward Road property to the Religious Coalition for $1, at a public hearing on August 16, 2018, and the transaction closed on December 23, 2019.

A portion of the property, including an historic farmhouse, will become an emergency family shelter for Frederick County, and construction is slated to begin mid-2020, with projected completion in 2021.
