The land sold in Frederick was located on Liberty Road close to the eastern border of Frederick County.   The property included approximately 60 acres of tillable land and the balance was wooded.  There were no improvements on the property, but all development rights were intact.  The buyer is an active full time farmer.  The sales price was $775,000 ($6,150 per acre).  Dave Wilkinson represented the Seller in this transaction.
