MacRo is pleased to welcome its newest team member.
Jackie will play a key role in the organization as she conducts market and data analysis, establishes client relationships, and assists in the sales and leasing transactional process. She will work closely with MacRo’s Vice President, Ashleigh Kiggans, on a variety of strategic projects.
“I’m excited to be part of a commercial real estate brokerage that is renowned in the Frederick community and Maryland market,” said McGaughey (Ramsburg). “I look forward to utilizing my analytical problem-solving skills and consulting experience to create client-focused solutions and provide quality service.”
Jackie has a Finance degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. Prior to joining the MacRo team, she worked as a Financial Healthcare Consultant for KPMG, a multinational professional services network. She created multi-functional strategies for organizations to deliver high-quality care to their patients efficiently and cost-effectively. Jackie played an integral role in helping the Maryland Department of Health navigate COVID-19 complexities and optimize opportunities.
McGaughey (Ramsburg) is lifelong resident of Frederick County. Her grandfather, J.R Ramsburg, previously owned Frederick Underwriters, a large independent insurance agency, and is involved in numerous organizations within Frederick including the Arc of Frederick County and the Great Frederick Fair. Jackie’s father, Ray Ramsburg, continues to work in the insurance industry with McGriff, a division of Truist. Ray has served in various leadership positions including Frederick Health, YMCA, Hood College, and several others. Both J.R and Ray are past recipients of the FH Good Samaritan award.
“I am thrilled to have Jackie join the MacRo team and to have her working in tandem with me to meet the needs of the evolving and thriving Frederick commercial market,” shares Kiggans. “Jackie’s energy and drive will make her an integral part of the team.”
