According to a 2012 study, Frederick could support a full-service hotel and 15,000 square feet of meeting space. As reported: “The hotel is expected to generate an estimated 280 jobs, $16 million in direct spending, $9 million in personal earnings and $1.9 million in state and local taxes.”
