At the request of Laurie Boyer, Director, Economic Development Division and Gary Hessong, Director, Division of Permitting & Development Review who co-chaired the November 22, 2010 a discussion group to talk about “Issues & Opportunities to Enhance Frederick County’s Business Friendly Environment,” the Frederick County Builders Association will be hosting a series of meetings on Thursday, December 2nd at the FCBA Office at 186 Thomas Johnson Drive, Frederick, Maryland 21702.

Our goal is to identify comprehensively and prioritize our list of county practices that are counterproductive to efficient, cost-effective and timely business processes.
