This is a by Patti S. Borda, News-Post Staff, to the Karen Young Letter to the Editor in yesterday’s FNP.
What this clearly shows is that that the culture within Winchester Hall is such that our BOCC is just clueless to the concept of Frederick County intra-jurisdictional cooperation. The News-Post also who states he “thought county staff members were to work with municipalities to create a joint letter to document the major service areas where tax dollars are being spent.” Taking this to the bigger picture, this is my point exactly!
