10^th Ward Distillery, a progressive whiskey and brandy manufacturer, signed a five and a half year lease for 1,624 SF of warehouse space in September.  The distillery is scheduled to open in April 2016.  Steve Cranford represented the landlord, Diane Burns, in this transaction.
