MacRo is pleased to announce the sale of a building lot located at 4750 Jefferson Pike.

This 5.2-acre building lot located just north of Jefferson, was sold to Oliver Homes, an established home builder committed to make “The American Dream” possible.  The lot was placed under contract by the Mercer family, who assigned their interest to Oliver Homes. Oliver Homes is currently constructing a home on the lot and then will sell the finished house and lot to the Flooks.   Sale of the lot closed on April 25, 2018, and the sales price was $130,000.
