17th Annual “George Delaplaine” Distinguished Citizen Dinner
Each year the Scouting communities of the Appalachian Trail District and Catoctin Mountain Districts are pleased to join with the Frederick County community to honor a citizen who exemplifies the Scout ethos of service to others.
This year, the 17th Annual “George Delaplaine” Distinguished Citizen Dinner, will be honoring Earl M. “Rocky” Mackintosh, III.
Rocky has been involved with numerous community foundations such as Frederick Memorial Hospital, Frederick County Charter Writing Board and other non-profits throughout the county.
This year, the dinner will be held on Thursday, October 11th at the Holiday Inn Conference Center. The evening begins with a reception at 6pm followed by dinner at 7pm.
Please join business and community leaders of Frederick County and the Scouting community as we celebrate current, and past, Distinguished Citizens.
