MacRo, Ltd. is pleased to announce the sale of 42,300 SF Office/Warehouse Property on Bowmans Crossing in Frederick, Maryland.

This limited industrial property consists of 5,500 SF of office space and 36,800 SF of warehouse space and sits on 2.28 acres. Rocky Mackintosh coordinated this transaction between the seller and purchaser. The sale closed on March 15, 2018 for a sales price of $3.9 million.

Green Leaf Management, LLC, the purchaser, was leasing the property for the past couple of years, during which time they converted the site to a secured state of the art medical cannabis growing facility. The team at MacRo, Ltd. worked closely with Green Leaf and the building owner to transition the lease agreement to a contract of sale, which was finalized in late February. Green Leaf produces more than 30 strains of high quality, pharmaceutical grade medical cannabis, which is sold to patients in over 20 licensed medical cannabis dispensaries throughout the state of Maryland.
