MacRo, Ltd. is pleased to announce the lease of 4,850 square feet of flex space at 7311 and 7313 Grove Road to Kennedy Fire Protection.

Kennedy Fire Protection signed a five year lease for the space in June, which is a combination of office, warehouse, and machine shop.

Kathy Krach represented the tenant in the transaction.  Jim Mackintosh represented himself as the landlord.
