MacRo, Ltd. Vice President Ashleigh Kiggans named one of Frederick County’s Top 50 Young Professionals Under 40!
Showing up in mailboxes and stores throughout Frederick County is January’s issue of the Frederick Magazine along with a supplemental publication revealing this year’s list of Frederick County’s Top 50 young professionals under 40 selected by the Frederick County Office of Economic Development. And highlighted on page 57 of the supplemental publication is MacRo’s Vice President, Ashleigh Kiggans.
With her excellent leadership skills, the time she gives to the Frederick Community, and the outstanding value she provides to our company clientele and Frederick’s commercial real estate industry, it is no surprise that out of more than 280 submissions, Ashleigh was one of the top 50 young professionals under 40 in Frederick chosen.
Ashleigh is passionate about the Frederick community, which is evident in the time she spends volunteering and serving on several non-profit boards in Frederick County, including the Mental Health Association of Frederick, Community Foundation of Frederick, and Federated Charities. Ashleigh knows the importance of giving back to the community, and she shared her passion as guest speaker in Frederick County Chamber of Commerce’ S.H.E. Week 2021 in the series Paying it Forward for a Thriving Community. And to bring the holidays to Frederick County, Ashleigh joined Erich Franck as a co-emcee of Frederick’s 2021 Kris Kringle Procession sponsored by FCB Bank.
There is no doubt that Ashleigh has made a name for herself in the Frederick commercial real estate industry, and her knowledge about the industry and the Frederick community gives added value to the company’s clientele. In 2021, Ashleigh started serving as a director on Frederick County Board of Realtors to help realtor association members and the Frederick community be the best they can be. She is often called upon to share her commercial real estate expertise. For example, in April 2021, she was featured in a Frederick County Office of Economic Development REALShare blog, by Amanda Lee, which takes an inside look at Frederick County’s commercial real estate industry and the people who make BIG things happen. She was also a guest on Maryland Realtors CEO, Chuck Kasky’s, Get Real Podcast on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Efforts within REALTOR Associations.
And more than anything else, Ashleigh knows the importance of relationships. She is a SUPER MOM to two wonderful children, she keeps up with colleagues, maintains meaningful friendships and retains repeat clientele.
Congratulations, Ashleigh, our MacRo team is proud of you and all your accomplishments!!
