Frederick, Maryland expected to boast new retail/residential Market Square in 2012.
Sometime late 2012-early 2013, Frederick residents and visitors can expect a brand new retail/ residential development to open. The Market Square is planned to include a state-of-the-art sport and fitness center, complete with indoor pool, bank, 115 residential lots and more. Frederick”s new Market Square will be located on the 49-acre area at Md. 26 and Wormans Mill Road.
