Ashleigh Kiggans recently joined the MacRo family as a sales and leasing associate. Ashleigh brings strong sales and management experience to her new role with the company. She has hit the ground running.
“After an extensive search and vetting of many candidates, Ashleigh was selected for her skill set, natural talent and high energy, which will fit very well into our company’s 25 year culture of strong customer service, cutting edge marketing and deep integration into the Frederick community,” stated Rocky Mackintosh, MacRo Ltd.’s president.
Ashleigh will play a key role within the organization, assisting the leadership team across a wide range of initiatives, including market research, data analysis, client communications and marketing while assisting with the sales and leasing transactional process. She will work closely with MacRo’s President, Rocky Mackintosh, on a wide range of key projects.
“I’m excited to be joining one of the most talented commercial real estate and land teams in the region,” said Kiggans. “This is a wonderful opportunity to utilize my real estate marketing, sales and operations experience to help provide great service to our clients.”

Prior to joining MacRo, Ashleigh served as a general manager for Carr Workplaces, an executive office suite company that specializes in flex workspace solutions and services. At Carr Workplaces, Ashleigh started as a receptionist at the Reston, Virginia location. Carr Workplaces quickly promoted her to general manager of the Bethesda, Maryland location, where she managed all client accounts. Ashleigh played a large role in helping the Bethesda office maintain 90%+ retention/occupancy from 2011 through the end of 2013. Due to her success and number of accomplishments in Bethesda, the organization asked her to manage the organizations largest spaces—115 offices (64,000 sf.)—in downtown Washington DC.
