Disgruntled petitioners for a Charter Writing Board election are moving forward with their legal measures by having former Frederick CountyCommissioner John “Lennie” Thompson Jr. begin the process for a court review. The petitioners believe that many of their submitted signatures were unlawfully disregarded due to missing or incorrect information such as a phone number or middle initial.
