Associated Catholic Charities, Inc. signed a seven-year lease for this 5,637 SF medical office condominium, conveniently located near Frederick Memorial Hospital. Villa Maria Behavioral Health Services of Frederick County, a program of Associated Catholic Charities, Inc., will relocate their offices to 300 West Ninth Street this fall. Villa Maria Behavioral Health Clinics provide behavioral health services to children, adults and families across Maryland.
