Flying Dog Brewery purchased this 31.69-acre tract of land located in the Frederick Airport Park as part of a major expansion of their operations. Their plans for the property include building a 150,000-square foot state-of-the-art brewery and a farm brewery.

The sale closed on December 21, 2016, and the sales price was $2,550,000.  Rocky Mackintosh and Steve Cranford, MacRo, Ltd., represented the seller in this transaction, and Steve Chafitz, Steve Chafitz Realty, represented the buyer.
